Welcome to Blue Bird Homestay (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By making a booking and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Booking & Payment

βœ… To confirm a booking, guests must make an advance payment (as specified at the time of booking).
βœ… The remaining amount (if any) must be paid at check-in.
βœ… Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will not be affected.
βœ… We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and cash on arrival.


2. Check-in & Check-out Policy

βœ… Check-in Time: 2PM
βœ… Check-out Time: 11AM
βœ… Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable.
βœ… Government-approved ID proof (Aadhar, Passport, Driver’s License) is mandatory for all guests at check-in.


3. Guest Responsibilities & House Rules

βœ… Guests must respect the peaceful environment of the homestay and avoid loud noise or disruptive behavior.
βœ… Any damage to property (furniture, rooms, or outdoor areas) will be chargeable.
βœ… Smoking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited. Designated smoking areas are available.
βœ… Outside food & beverages are not allowed in common areas.


5. Liability & Disclaimer

βœ… Blue Bird Homestay will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guest belongings.
βœ… Guests participate in trekking, bonfire, and other activities at their own risk.
βœ… We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may arise during your stay.
βœ… Weather conditions may impact travel routes, activities, or accessibility. We will assist as much as possible but are not responsible for external circumstances.


6. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)

βœ… In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unavoidable circumstances, bookings may be postponed but not refunded.
βœ… We will try our best to accommodate guests in alternate arrangements, subject to availability.


7. Privacy & Data Protection

βœ… We respect guest privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
βœ… No guest details will be shared with third parties unless required by law.


8. Dispute Resolution

βœ… Any disputes or claims will be subject to the jurisdiction of TawangΒ courts.
