Cancellation Policy – Blue Bird Homestay

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to provide flexibility while ensuring fair policies for both our guests and our team. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before making a booking.

📌 Cancellation Charges:

✅ 30+ Days Before Check-in: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

✅ 15 to 30 Days Before Check-in: 75% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

✅ 0 to 15 Days Before Check-in: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

📌 Important Notes:

🔹 Cancellation charges apply to the total booking cost, not just partial or advance payments.
🔹 No refunds will be provided for last-minute cancellations (within 15 days of check-in).
🔹 In case of unforeseen weather conditions, natural disasters, or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. While we will make every effort to provide an alternate feasible experience, no refunds will be issued for such cases.
